SPIRULINA

Spirulina is a complete protein, containing all essential amino acids. It is superior to typical plant protein, such as that from legumes. Spirulina is a rich source of calcium and potassium. WHEATGRASS

Provides chlorophyll, amino acids, minerals, vitamins, and enzymes. Wheatgrass helps blood flow, digestion and general detoxification of the body. GINGER

Ginger increases blood circulation. It also decreases pain from arthritis, and may have blood thinning and cholesterol lowering properties that may make it useful for treating heart disease. Ginger on an empty stomach is considered an effective cure for congestion, cough, and cold.
